When I went vegan 7 years ago I couldn’t even imagine incredible life changing experiences I was going to have by switching to a plant-based diet. There are a lot of surprises in store for you starting from increased energy levels, clear skin, brighter eyes, enhanced feeling of connection and empathy and a fundamental change affecting not only you but the whole world – a lifestyle that has a tiny environmental footprint. Inspire yourself every day and lead by example. Plant-based movement is coming out from the underground and it is a very exciting time to join. It’s never been easier to shop, find recipes and eat out on this lifestyle. Take responsibility for your actions and see what you are capable of. Take the first step!
