Green smoothies are the best! Who needs a coffee anyway? I have been experimenting with low sugar recipes and this is what I ended up with. Not very sweet, but very delicious and filling.
So without further ado, here’s what you need…
- 1 x handful kale,
- 1 x handful spinach
- 150 – 250 ml coconut water
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 inch cucumber
Put all ingredients into a blender and add coconut water. Amount will vary depending on how think you like your smoothie.
